We did also. But by "hired" I mean that I asked an old friend from high school who is a semi pro photographer to take some pictures of us at a gig. Haha.

These are really great pics. Love the setup, musicman and Splawn. I'm really looking at getting an axis. I recently got a Charvel and know the neck is as killer as everyone made them out to be, I've heard the wax rubbed axis neck is very similiar. Is it very natural feeling? Thanks and great pics again.

Hey man! Thanks so much...we are thrilled with the pics. Yeah, the necks are great. Very natural and smooth. Similar to my 1991/1992 EBMM EVH neck....and similar to my Wolfgang neck too. I choose the Street Rod only for this performance for ease...normally I throw it on a matching purple Splawn 4X12.....I like to alternate between the SR and my QR.....as long as I am playing a Splawn, I am happy!

I am really happy with the Axis...I did swap out the pickup to my usual, but the stock pup is decent. \m/
