Just got my nitro and I was wondering what the stock bias is set at and whAt the ideal setting would be my amp is running EL 34's I am new here and this is my first post .

I use a bias rite. I can't recall the exact plate voltage of the Nitro but I used to set EL34's at around 32mA in my Nitro. I converted mine to use KT88's so I no longer use EL34's in my Nitro. www.webervst.com/tubes1/calcbias.htm |

As Idm said 31-32 mA is the suggested setting. I would love to hear some KT88's in my Nitro though.
