 Now available on iTunes. Hey Splawners, I finally got around to finishing my heavy rock, guitar instrumental CD and just received them in the mail yesterday. It features 9 tracks and was recorded in my home studio using Sonar, an API mic preamp, and the mess of gear I have laying around in the picture. I was able to get one of my favorite musicians, Ty Tabor of Kings X to master it for me in his studio. I am selling these for $9 plus $3 for shipping in the USA. As of right now it is only available on a CD but I should have it available as a download from CD Baby and iTunes very soon. If you would like a copy, please send a Paypal payment to chubtone@yahoo.com and I will get it right out to you. Awesome dude! Nice photo! I hired the best rock and roll photographer in the country to do that photo shoot. Alright, who am I kidding? My 9 year old took the pics. ;D |

oh, I gotta ask..what kinda guitar is that in the bottom left of the photo...looks like it's got a p 90 or some kinda covered pickup in the neck?

That is a Warmoth and it has a Seymour Duncan mini humbucker in the neck. I recently sold that guitar and the orange Charvel I'm holding to fund my new Charvel Custom Shop guitar. On the far right there is another Warmoth, a black one laying against the wall behind the sonic blue strat that has the same mini hum in the neck. I still have that guitar. I did the mini hums because that is what Paul and Bruce from Racer X had in their neck positions back in the day. It's pretty cool in that position, but I find I prefer a single coil in the neck. |
