Hi there splawn folks My splawn nitro just blew a HT fuse and when I tried to replace it, it blew again as soon as I turn on standby I've then changed the fuse again and it blew another time. The replacement fuses I used were 1a 250v Is it the right fuse? Would it be the power tubes ?? I've checked the PCB board and everything is fine.
I'll get a voltmeter tomorrow and a bias kit to check power tubes. Please help me thanks

Without looking I believe that is the correct fuse.
If you HT (high tension) fuse keeps blowing then there is something wrong with the power section. The fuse is there to protect the rest of the circuit. You could have a blown screen grid resistor. I would definitely not keep replacing fuses without finding the source of the problem. Checking the plate voltage and bias is probably a good start.
I would maybe pull the outer two tubes, flip to half power, drop the ohms in half and see what happens. Then move to the outer pair. Then swap the power tubes around in different combinations but really all of that could make the problem worse.
Contact Josh and Splawn and get his recommendation.

it was bad power tubes scott told me to try both middle tubes and it blew another fuse then it worked with the 2 outside tubes together I'll have to buy new matched quad kt88 tubes those are pretty expensive damn heh.
