Hi all! Last night I got to meet one of my biggest music influences! This is a picture of me with Rik Emmett (TRIUMPH!) and his music partner Dave Dunlop. They performed at a small charity event last night in NJ. It was incredible! They are tremendous on the guitar. Luckily they stayed in the same hotel as me, so he was at the next table during our continental breakfast this morning as well! Very nice guys. It was soooo great!  |

I could just see Kev's introduction at the breakfast. "Rik Emmet and friend are eating at their table when suddenly through the kitchen doors Tuskerkevin appears at shouts as loud as he can "Somebody's out there somewhere waiting for someone to come their way! Somebody's out there somewhere...Rik can I please eat my toasted bagel with You....... todaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!....Somebody's out there somewhere.......Toasted bagel with Rik Today!!!!! somebody's out there somewhere.........
LOL!! Very cool Kev. Rik is a killer player and singer.

It was at a small, small place in Pompton Lakes!! A charity event with only 225 people....which was capacity for the place.

Rik has a nice solo career doing his music and with Dave Dunlop. He is such a quality player......EVH was a always a big influence for me, but he is totally wrecked.....Triumph and Rik in particular was the music of my life growing up. .
