yea thats a really bad hum...have you already checked the shielding in all of your cables and checked your power outlets?
That sounds to me like if its not cables, it COULD be the hum pot inside the amp that would solve it, but at the same time, that also sounds like a case of power tubes that are about to go..do your power tubes glow orange or more red when you take the amp off standby? do you find yourself having to turn the volume up more to get the same regular volume you used to get?

Could also be a bad source of electricity. Try a different outlet in a different area of the house. If that doesn't help call Josh.

is your effects loop ingaged cus mine just started doing that but only if i have the effects loop pluged in if its not then its fine
