I've been hanging around since 2005...
My first Splawn was a QR but I traded it for one of Scott's first Promod prototypes (modded 1959 SLP, vintage white).
One of these days I'd like to get a Nitro 1/2 stack or a SuperStock.
;D

I lurked for awhile before joining. I've only been here a year and consider myself a Splawn noob. I bought my QR used in January of 2009.
Glad I did!

Joined May 24, 2007, 11:07pm. I was drunk and trying to join an Olivia Newton John fan site. In the morning I had this bookmarked. Still don't know what an "amp" is. Or where that shoe went.

Looks like I joined June 9th, 2007. Love my early Pro-Mod. It has been a life-changing experience to play that amp. Got a Wizard on the way but nothing'll replace my Pro-Mod.

Date Registered: Aug 9, 2005, 2:13pm sh!t, it's been a while =D here I was thinking I had an 06 model, but it's really a 2005!! egads...I didn't get my amp till a couple months later (october I think?) but I posted a sh!tload of messages (and annoying questions) prior.. first heard a clip of that profuse sweater, Dirrty Craig on the seymour duncan forums....busted his balls with questions relentlessly over there and he pointed me here...joined up, agonized over it cause I couldn't play it then just called scott and pulled the trigger....the rest is history... been called a fanboy and even accused of being on the payroll because I talked about the amp so damn much on other forums...oh well...fook THEM!!! they've been through a dozen amps and I still have the same one..so nyeahh!!!

Date Registered: Aug 9, 2005, 2:13pm other forums...oh well...fook THEM!!! they've been through a dozen amps and I still have the same one..so nyeahh!!! How true is this statement? I've had my Splawn since 05 also and I've not heard an amp....yet!!!!!!!!! that compares to a Splawn. It still rocks just as much as when I first hooked it up. It's all good and peeps go elsewhere but I still for the life of me cannot understand the people who get their Splawn and sell it after a day or two?
