I still can't figure that one out? ;D Funny that Jimi has been dead for 40 years and is in the TOP FIVE in the billboard charts. That's the "Power of Soul" baby! I have most of these songs already but I will be picking this up today or tomorrow. |

Have you heard the version from his "Blues" album? It's live from Berkeley 1970. One of the best live recordings of him playing, he just friggin tears it up! |

The "Blues" album is pretty badass. It's an often overlooked gem in the Hendrix catalog.

I so have to pick this up. I often find Jimi's choice of notes suspect but that does not mean I do not worship the man. " Voodoo Chile" is one of my all time fav guitar tracks. Looking forward to the "new" stuff.
