Its that time of year where I get the fever for life, great for fishing, deer hunting, riding the green pickle pounder is around the corner. So today its fun time aside and yard work Oops I mean fun yard work, I have 2 daughters that will hand wash 50 pairs of my socks than spend a couple hours outside with fresh air, good aerobics yard exercises.

Summer sausage 80% venison, 20% beef (some like pork added also)+ spices, smoke for 10 to 12 hours, / ring sausage 70% venison, 20% pork, 10% Beef + spices, smoke 4 to hours, the best is deer jerky, just soak in spices and cook to desired taste and moisture. yumm, yumm, sitting in the deer stand eating jerky. ohh ya baby

I'm very proud of this deer...I put a lot of time and effort in and did my homework. I don't think people realize how difficult it is to take a deer this size with a bow. To top it off it was my daughter's 14th birthday when I got him, a year ago tomorrow Nov 5th
