The other night at rehersal our other guitarist and I where cranking our Nitro's up to 9 o'clock and beyond and it sounded freaking awesome. One thing we noticed was his amp was walking right off the cab at 9. It's a good thing we saw it because she would fallen off. It was jumping a 1/2" at a time...Good Lord! He uses a Budda 4x12 which sounds great and I use a Splawn 4x12 loaded w/BB's and it sounds...well, like a Splawn cab should...awesome! Mine didn't move at all but his was going for a walk around the block. Has anyone else here seen this? It's pretty cool that the Nitro has that kind of thump but I was wondering if the Budda was just coming apart at the seams from all that juice being thrown at it. Like I said the Splawn cab stood it's ground and the head didn't budge. I guess he's going to need some velcro to keep her down. ;D

Me either, also forgot to mention that was on the 50 watt setting. The tolex is a very smooth texture not giving much traction for the rubber feet. I don't which speakers he has but it does sound really good.
The power of the Nitro!

Hot tubes don't like to be jolted around, I learned earlier this year. I would try to isolate that head with foam or towels or just setting it down on something that isn't the cab.

If the cab is on casters you might try removing 'em.

Good point Ayton, I'll mention this to him. You're right about the towel, it should absorb a majority of the vibration. Sasquatch, it started happening after removing the casters so that might be another solution, put the casters back on . It does sound better directly on the floor though. Thanks for the input guys!
