My Splawn cabs are at practice. I have a 2x12 that is 16ohm, and a 4x12 that is 8ohm. What ohm are the individual speakers in each?

most likely the 2x12 has two 8 ohm speakers in series to 16 ohms. The 4x12 is likely four 8 ohm speakers in series parallel wiring to have 8 ohms mono, 2 x 16ohms stereo (two 8 ohms speakers in series up to 16 ohms (each half), those 2 groups back in parallel back down to 8 ohms mono).
It is best to check to be sure though....
