This is awesome! BRAVO Scott Splawn and company! Since breakin my freaking leg.. I couldnt carry the combo! Splawn Company built me a cab for the combo amp! Check this out! Plexi upsidedown Came out freakin COOL! btw, the competition is an agressive animal.. love it! more growl than the QR. ( I think)   |

yea.. it does have a little shiva look.. somewhat like an update modern shiva. This would kick my old shiva's butt.  Have you tried a competition Shreder? |

yea.. it does have a little shiva look.. somewhat like an update modern shiva. This would kick my old shiva's butt. Have you tried a competition Shreder? nope...every so often I used to kick my QR down to half power..sometimes when playing late at night.....it definetly sounds different in half power...a little browner..so it's cool to have a little different flavor I've never played a shiva...they're kinda mid gain amps, right? |

That looks great. Very eye catching. I would totally turn the Splawn logo around 180ยบ too, just to sh!t people up. And - wait! - put your cab on top of it! btw, the competition is an agressive animal.. love it! more growl than the QR. ( I think) If you've played both the QR and Comp, maybe you could add your thoughts to Jammer's thread here comparing the two.  |

Man that looks great! Really stylish head box.
Hacksaw would you say the QR's gain is smoother and the Comp is harsher?
Could you post a clip comparing the two?

Shreder.. ya more mid gain.. but a warmer sound.. kinda like that with drive on this comp. Ayton! Great Idea.. what a trip! LOL!! I am visualizing man!! thing the headbox would hold it? Jammermatt.. Oops. sorry! (I runs back into hiding } I knew I should read the memo ahaa Loosecannon.. yes.. thats a good way to put it.. the QR is smoother. the comp has more aggression.. kinda like adding a dirt box to the front end.  edit: I will see if I can put up a simple clip.. comp on Right side and QR on the left.. or something. Vomhalen, Tuskerkev and Donaldemon.. Whats happening!! The headbox came out great. When I talked to Scott @ Splawn, I didn't have a clue on what I wanted.. I gave the Splawn Co. full control once again and said.. go for it! Do what you guys think looks best. I know I enjoy being creative playing music. Since splawn builds these amps to customer orders... I though once again it would be awesome to let them design.. they did such a great job on the combo cab! Once again they kicked butt IMHO. I'm really diggin the look. |

So, is your world reversed with the controls. 9:00 standard volume time = 3:00 upside down comp time?
