Newbie here with a coupleo questions

Hey, I'm new here It's nice to be here. Let's get to the questions.


I plan on buying a Splawn compitition and need a cab for it. I thought about buying an Avatar but decided I'm might as well spend the extra and get the real thing lol. I play mostly classic rock and hard rock a bit of hair metal and some metal.

here is a list:

Boston
Van Halen
Eric Clapton
Jimi Hendrix
Skillet
Guns'n'Roses.
Whitecross
Def Leppard


stuff like that. I am a speaker newb and have no clue about them I know a bit about why they sound like they do but no idea what I should get.

so what do you think? I want to get a 2x12 btw, I play at church and bible study mostly so I don't want some thing thats gonna take up the whole stage lol.

Without question, if you plan on getting a Splawn 2x12 then get it loaded with a pair of Small Block 25's. It will sound especially awesome for the type of music you listed.

Cool that's what I'll be getting then. I got some saving up to do! lol.

I was originally thinking about a greenback and a alnico blue in an Avatar 2x12 but decided I might as well get the real thing and be better off.
