I'm 0 for 2 so far. I'm playing already that weekend and it's a really good paying gig. Might not see you freaks for another year. :-( which weekends are you free for fooks sake? ;D I know it's friggin crazy! |

Looks like I'm free anytime after that weekend. I'm booked the first and last weekend of Oct. so far. Haven't booked past that. You guys just figure out what's best for the group of us and I'll work around it. I'll do what I can.

yeah bring her along paul...we'll treat her kindly, and TJ likes dudes so you don't have to worry about that I just don't want her picking fights for me! She has a way of angering folk, that I can only dream of. With me being pretty scrawny, I just don't know if it's worth the trouble.  Additionally she thinks mean chops are made of Lamb!! I'd love to head down and meet up with the Splawn chapter, great to see some of you legends in action. I've also pretty much decided on getting me a Nitro in the new year as I love the QR. If it stays 24-26th I'll do my best to get down and terrify everyone with my poor oral hygiene and Vernon Reid showcase. ;D |

I got a gig on Halloween. Damn.. With all these working musicians has anyone considered doing it during the week? I could literally do just about any Monday this year..lol.

The reality is this...if people aren't already booked due to personal or gig reasons, they could just as well become booked in the interim. How many musicians do you know would turn down a great paying gig or opportunity if it came up? So the bottom line is this: It's probably best to just pick a date and stick with it.

Not True.. I blocked off those September dates and told the guys in the band not to book that weekend. I can only do that so many times though.

Im getting married the second week of October, honeymoon till the 3rd weekend, I think that effectively nixes me this year. I wanted to try and make it work this year too.

I'll be starting the Christmas show again in November, 3 shows a day 5 days a week through January... so I couldn't do it.
