With a new Super Stock? If so then cool It's a cool amp for sure. Mine is in a plexi-style box so it looks the part. I am still getting used to it but it's definitely like having a perfectly tweaked out 2203 with a clean channel, a mild boost channel and a great effects loop. Very articulate and fat sounding but still has the Marshall zing. Loud as a freight train. Can't wait to play it with the band. Anybody else?

I was wondering why nobody here has a super stock...Congrats on the new amp man, how about some pics and clips? Weird that you're saying a great effects loop, does it not add fizz when you turn it on like on the other splawns??

the fx loop only adds fizz if you're playing at really low volumes. once you get the master up to around 8:30 the fizz goes away.

I guess these are rare because people come to Splawn, in the most part, for high gain. It's what's associated with the name.
Put some clips up on YouTube and maybe help spread the word!

you know it's funny that you say that ayton...2 years ago when i was researching splawn amps, when i asked around about getting a splawn for the type metal i play, people kind of laughed and suggested that i look elsewhere. these weren't splawn players though. i was told they were just hot rodded plexis, good for rock but wouldn't be able to pull off metal.
funny how things turned out. n00bs.
and yea frankencat, post clips or vids if you can. i'd love to hear more from this amp.

Yep, the internet is full of people that are positively sure they know everything, when in fact they don't know crap... I heard the clips and asked a few questions (well, probably more than that) ....and knew the Splawn was good for all kinds of music.
