2 weeks into my college experience at BU everyone on my floor had signs on their doors with witty sayings and stuff, so my buddy down the hall made a sign for my roommate and i... it said "eric and jim's abortion clinic: no fetus can beatus" it was up for a few days and one night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night...when we came back the sign was gone... 2 days letter i get something in my mailbox saying that i need to go see the hall RA. in her office i run into my roommate. i'm like, "why are you here"...he's like, "i don't know"...i had no clue either. we get called into her office. she's goes "you know whey you're here right?"...we both have no clue... she pulls out the sign and proceeds to lecture how it's in bad taste...blah blah blah... she wants us to rat out who did it...we never did. me, i'm crapping my pants because my old man told me that if i fook up either academically or socially that he's gonna pull me out of BU...i just don't want word to get to my folks... long story short we had to do 24 hours community service and our folks were never notified...phew I was living in Spain finishing my degree in Spanish and some buddies and I went out and got totally off the reservation one night. Of course we got picked up and thrown in the clink. Cops wanted to know who our advisor was while we were there. I was the only one who spoke fluent spanish so they all put it on me pretty hard. They took me into a room and closed the door and said the same thing Vom "YOu know why you're here?" They beat me up with their nightsticks and all but I never did give them the guys name. If I would have given the name we would have all been sent back to the states and I was having way too much fun there to do that. Hahahaha!!!! I was one sore dude after that night. Funny thing is we paid the cops off to let us go that night. Dirty police are everywhere!!!! Bastages!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah man. Basque police are brutal!!! I figured I deserved it so I just balled up and let em wail for a bit. They hit me most on the backs of my legs with those sticks. Those friggin hurt!!! you guys were just wandering the streets drunk? Well...............not exactly...lol!!! We were a mess it was like 3:30 a.m. we had been drinking since 2:00 that afternoon and had been kicked out of several bars downtown. When we finally got picked up we were down on the main st. where there was a bunch of construction going on and we were throwing road construction signs off the bridge into the ocean and one of our buddies jumped up into the steam roller that was out there and fired it up and.........man it was just a drunken debauchery night where anything that goes......went. We were being idiots and we deserved everything we got. What we didn't know was the "no tolerance" policy that the basque police hold towards drunk american idiots. We learned that one the hard way. Man I haven't thought about that night in so long. I can still hear my bud screaming "THis would never happen in the United States!! This would never happen in the United States!" Almost like Al Pacino screaming "Attica! Attica!!" Funny stuff!
