As of right now I am a Photo Retoucher for Jupiter Images in Peoria, IL. I am not making much money doing it, and there really isn't much money in Graphic Design where I live, so I am thinking about getting in to something else. Like the Steamfitters Union. 40hr work weeks, benifits, $31 perhour after 5 years. If I play my cards right I could make a good living doing that!

I make most of my money with my fiendish PhotoShop skills. Move to Charlotte. No one is creative down here. Everyone else is moving here anyway.

Central Illinois is dying. All of my friends are gone.......all moved away. I have one friend that I see like once a week and they are leaving. There is just hardly any work, and its turning in to a retirement area. I just want to make a living. At this point I would be up for anything!

Chicago is nice, cold as H*ll, but nice.

I hear ya! I would like to explore all options here first. Then by next summer I might look at getting out. Up near Chicago would probably be better. I couldn't live in Chicago tho. Probably a suburb or something. Driving threw Chicago is a trip.....to say the least! LOL
