I am totally shocked guys. Dave Mansel did such an amazing job on the paint job! Its going to sound chunky through a new Quick Rod.

Hey Craig what kind of headstock does your Mansel have? Is it a strat copy?

uh,, yes it is a strat. The last one Dave said he would make. I really love a strat headstock, and the only thing keeping me from getting a new one RIGHT NOW is that pointy Jackson lookin' thingy... sorry...

I have no idea.. In all the time mine was being made I only really got 1 email from Dave Mansel, hes not like Scott in the respect that he'll answer a ton of questions or hang on the phone with you,, but maybe I just had him during a busy time.. I honestly know very little about Mansel.. only what Scott told me. Everything I did with mine was through Scott directly.

I would think that he could do a McNaught G5 headstock? I don't see why not!

+1 what vom said on the zebra pickups....they're definetly sharp!! never used to dig them until I had them in my axis...and they can look GREAT when with the right paint job..
good choice =D
