you wouldn't get a plane for NAMM?... man, if i was able to snag a pass i'd be so there... dude, when I say I'm DEATHLY afraid of flying, I'm not joking..I'm ruined..damaged goods! I used to dig it....two bad experiences in a row and I work myself into a near anxiety attack two weeks prior to even gettin' to the airport....it's crazy...and that was WITH sedation! |

I used to dig it....two bad experiences in a row and I work myself into a near anxiety attack two weeks prior to even gettin' to the airport....it's crazy...and that was WITH sedation! i was in a 747 flying from greece to NY...over Italy where a bomb threat was phoned in and we had to do an emergency , and i mean EMERGENCY landing in Naples Italy whose runway isn't big enough for a 747 to land... ........good times..... |

I was flying into Reno one time in a 747 and the landing gear wouldn't come down. People were doing last rites and stuff on the plane. We circled for an hour to waste fuel as we watched the ambulances and fire trucks line the other end of the runway. By some miracle of God right before we made our decent to belly land the gear started functioning. That was the longest 45 minutes of my life. The lady next to me was saying the whole "Holy Mary Mother of God" thing. I didn't know it so I made my own up. Went something like this
"O feely me bony belly, dominoe fo bisco benny selly of my dominoes" LOL!! JK.

so get this, we have to wait for another plane to come from athens inorder to take us to rome...now, the plane was coming at around 3am the next day...the naples airport closes at 9pm...so a full plane load of people are in the airport after 9pm with no security around...
all hell breaks loose...it was like lord of the flies...
1) some young dudes figured out how to work the intercom and were swearing over it...
2) people were fighting amongsty themselves
3) some dudes were making fun of this old guy
at the end of the ordeal our flight finally landed...now a gang of like 7 dudes wanted to storm the plane (don't ask me why) and this lady started fighting with mom calling her names in english thinking tha we didn't understand english...
so, i jump on this table...
"everyone shut the fook up...shut the fook up!"...complete silence...
"you motherfookers, leave that old guy alone and turn of that fookin intercom"
"you a$$holes over, shut the fook up and sit down, noone's storming any planes"
"lady, get the fook back in line we understand english"...lady turned white
this old guy that some other dudes were picking on says..."he's right, we need to just calm down"
i said, "now, i'm going to get off this table...if anyone else starts sh1T i'm going to go fookin insane...ok!!!!"
no more trouble...
