Will Guns n' Roses's classic lineup and Metallica perform at this year's Download Festival? Legendary rock photographer Ross Halfin seems to think so. According to a February 3, 2006 posting on Halfin's official web site, "the original lineup [of GUNS N' ROSES] is supposed to play Download in June with their metal chums, METALLICA, if Lars [Ulrich, METALLICA drummer] can be bothered to turn up."

Remember watching the MTV Awards when he put together GNR with Buckethead on guitar. What a sloppy piece of caca that was. Hell Axl run some laps and get in shape before you go out and run yourself ragged all over the stage and can't even sing the words because you're winded. That was the worst performance! What's up with his plastic surgery? Looks like a completely different person.

Buckethead (in a different kind of way) is a great guitar player. Does he fit in GNR? not in my opinion. Maybe I'm in the minority cause I thought that performance sucked big time. Axl coudln't even sing he was so winded. To me you can't call yourself GNR if you have completely different players in the band and you're still playing all the old hits. That's like Pearcy touring as RAtt or Ratt touring as Ratt for that matter.

is bucket head still with gnr? I don't know if Buckethead is doing anything with Axl.. But I know he recently came through town (Detroit) and played a small concert hall here..
