The DD-500
Diggin' it!
Now I need to get a programming degree to operate it. Kidding of course, but these things have a LOT of deep editing possibilities.

It's good for my needs, hard rock, 80's metal, and goof'n around. It's price is right too. Just wish the front wasn't angled. The front is going to have to be raised when it goes on my board.

Yeah, the looper/switcher takes up the whole first row.

Jeez, it's been a while since I rearranged my board and installed the DD-500. I got really sick, literally the day I finished, and tested everything. Didn't play guitar for month and haven't been able play for crap since.... weird, and has me worried.
Anyway, I forgot all about this thread. Here it is!

Nice dude! Glade you finally finished your set up, it can take a wile naturally. Looks very nice! Is that a modded SD1? I had a Keeley modded one that I sold with my jcm800, mine had a mid boost switch.

I had a Keeley modded one that I sold with my jcm800, mine had a mid boost switch. Thanks man! The pedaltrain riser I had to install under the DD-500 works great. However, it would only fit on the back row. I want to tidy up the patch cables underneath but something tells me I am going to need one of those new Boss CE-2 Waza pedals, and I will have to rearrange again! Always wanted an old CE-2 but couldn't see spending $200-$300 on an old, used, Boss pedal.
Yes, I modded the SD-1 with some parts supplied from OnFloor Audio. Much quieter, more tube-like, more low end, more gain (maybe too much).
