Got a new amp and cab yesterday. home.satx.rr.com/dannym/splawn_hstack.htmlThe lighting in that pic doesnt do the amp and cab any justice.... it looks 10X better in person. Splawn Competition with KT88's Coco tolex, white face, black knobs, white piping, cane grill with a matching Splawn 4x12 loaded with 2 V30's and 2 G12T75's in an X pattern. I got to spend about an hour and half with it today and it sounds great! It looks and smells good too : ) \m/ \m/ |

Thanks ya'll. Its sounds great. I had a Competition with KT88's before so I was well aware of what it would sound and feel like. I've been thru a good number of amps ( home.satx.rr.com/dannym/ ) and the Splawn is pretty much the sound and feel that I want. I've bought and sold my share of amps in the past....but this one is a keeper! |
